1 + 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) sugar
3 tablespoons of margarine
1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) milk
2 cups (200 ml cup) all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast

1 box of condensed milk
1 glass of coconut milk

50 grams of grated coconut

- In a bowl, add the whites of 3 eggs;
- In another bowl, add the yolks of 3 eggs;
- Beat the egg whites well (until snow point);
- In the egg bowl, add 1 + 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
- Add 3 tablespoons of margarine;
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Beat for 5 minutes;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of milk;
- Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of wheat flour;
- Mix and beat well;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
- Mix well;
- Add the beaten egg whites;
- Mix;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- Let the cake cool and cut it;

- In a bowl, add 1 box of condensed milk;
- Add 1 glass of coconut milk;
- Mix well;
- Punch holes in the cake;
- Add the syrup;
- Add 50 grams of grated coconut;
