With this fit pancake recipe you guarantee a healthy, light and practical recipe!


  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of milk or water

  • 1 cup (tea) of flour or oat bran, or another one of your choice (less wheat)

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • Pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste


  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the oil and beat some more. 
    Add the milk or water, mix some more and add the oatmeal. 
    Beat again until the liquid mass is homogeneous.
  • Using a ladle or large spoon, add some of the batter to a preheated skillet and cook both sides of the disc until lightly browned. 
    Repeat the process with all the dough.
  • Transfer the disks of dough to a plate or platter, fill with the filling of your choice and the pancake fit recipe is ready.Fit pancake
