1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams

1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk 110 ml
1/2 cup (110 ml) coconut milk
cup (tea) of milk 210 ml
1 cup (60 grams) coconut flakes (for sprinkling)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs 150 grams;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar 275 grams;
- Mix;
- Add 1 glass of coconut milk 200 ml;
- Add 1 and 1/2 level tablespoon of baking powder 22 grams;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams;
- Mix and beat well for 1 minute;
- Transfer the dough to the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
