Ingredients
- Batter
Refined Flour (Maida): 1 cup
Gram Flour (Besan): 3 tablespoons
Curd: 3 tablespoons
Water, as needed
Orange Food Colour, as needed
- Sugar syrup
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Few strands of Saffron
Orange Food Colour, as needed
- Garnish
Almonds & Pistachios, chopped
Directions
- Batter
- In a bowl, add 1 cup refined flour;
- Add 3 tablespoon gram flour;
- Add 3 tablespoon curd;
- Mix;
- Add water;
- Add orange food colour;
- Mix;
- Now we’ve to keep it overnight for fermentation;
- Sugar syrup
- In a pan, add1/2 cup water;
- Add 1 cup sugar;
- Add orange food color;
- Mix;
- Fry the Batter;
- Add the Batter to a Sugar syrup;
- Transfer to a plate;
- Add safron;
- Add Almonds & Pistachios, chopped;
- Your Crispy Jalebi is ready!
