Ingredients
4 eggs
300 grams of fresh coconut
1 box of condensed milk
1/2 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Directions
- Place the eggs, condensed milk and fresh coconut in flakes in a blender (you can replace the fresh coconut with 200 grams of shredded coconut, hydrated in 200 ml of coconut milk).
Beat for about 2 minutes, add the yeast and beat a little more just to mix. - Grease a pan or baking dish with butter or margarine and pour the dough into it.
Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 50 minutes. - Carefully remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
Cut into pieces to the size you prefer and the creamy coconut cake can now be served.
