Churros with Dulce de Leche

Ingredients
1/2 cup (tea) of water 110 ml
1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams
1 good pinch of salt
2 tablespoons 25 grams unsalted butter
1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 70 grams
1 egg 50 grams
Frying oil
1/4 cup (tea) of sugar 45 grams (to spread on the churros)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to spread over the churros)
Milk cream
Sour cream (put a little in the dulce de leche to make it creamy and less sweet)
Directions
- In a pan, add 1/2 cup (tea) of water 110 ml;
- Add 1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams;
- Add 1 good pinch of salt;
- Add 2 level tablespoons of 25 grams unsalted butter;
- Turn on the fire and let it melt;
- Mix and remove from heat to stop boiling;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 70 grams;
- Mix well;
- Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes;
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool;
- Add 1 egg;
- Mix well;
- Place the dough in a pastry bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle;
- Grease a baking sheet with oil;
- Add the churros dough;
- Fry in a pan with hot oil;
- With a slotted spoon, leave the dough completely immersed in the oil;
- Let it brown and remove the pasta;
- Let it drain on a paper towel;
- Pass the dough in a mixture of 1/4 cup (tea) of 45 grams sugar (to spread on the churros) with 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon powder (to spread on the churros);
- Now just dip the churros in the dulce de leche and enjoy!
