Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water 110 ml

  • 1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams

  • 1 good pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons 25 grams unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 70 grams

  • 1 egg 50 grams

  • Frying oil

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of sugar 45 grams (to spread on the churros)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to spread over the churros)

  • Milk cream

  • Sour cream (put a little in the dulce de leche to make it creamy and less sweet)

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1/2 cup (tea) of water 110 ml;
  • Add 1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams;
  • Add 1 good pinch of salt;
  • Add 2 level tablespoons of 25 grams unsalted butter;
  • Turn on the fire and let it melt;
  • Mix and remove from heat to stop boiling;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 70 grams;
  • Mix well;
  • Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes;
  • Transfer to a bowl and let cool;
  • Add 1 egg;
  • Mix well;
  • Place the dough in a pastry bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle;
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil;
  • Add the churros dough;
  • Fry in a pan with hot oil;
  • With a slotted spoon, leave the dough completely immersed in the oil;
  • Let it brown and remove the pasta;
  • Let it drain on a paper towel;
  • Pass the dough in a mixture of 1/4 cup (tea) of 45 grams sugar (to spread on the churros) with 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon powder (to spread on the churros);
