1/2 cup of oil (110ml)
1 and 1⁄2 cups (275g) sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g)
3/4 cup (150ml) water or milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (12g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (1g)

Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs;
- Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder (4g);
- Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence (10ml);
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (110ml);
- Beat for another 1 minute;
- Add 1 and 1⁄2 cup (tea) of sugar (275g);
- Hit more;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g);
- Mix;
- Add 3/4 cup (tea) of water or milk (150ml);
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
- Mix;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured baking dish;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- Cover
- In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (12g);
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (1g);
- Add the cinnamon-sugar mixture all over the cake;
- Add dulce de leche on top of the cake;
- Add dulce de leche on top;
