Ingredients
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1 cup of rice
1/3 cup dry white wine (80ml)
1/2 cup of peas
3 cups vegetable broth (720ml, if you prefer use beef or chicken)
1 cup of cottage cheese (or 1 can of cream)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Green smell to taste
Directions
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion;
- Let the onion become transparent;
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
- Add 1 cup of rice;
- Mix well;
- Add 1/3 cup of dry white wine (80ml);
- Mix until completely evaporated;
- Add 1/2 cup of peas;
- Add 3 cups of vegetable broth (720ml, if you prefer use beef or chicken);
- Add salt and pepper to taste;
- Let it cook for 15 minutes (or until the rice is cooked);
- Add 10 halved cherry tomatoes;
- Add 1 cup of curd (or 1 can of cream);
- Add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (100g);
- Mix well;
- Add green smell to taste;
