For your cheese risotto to be delicious, you will need the following ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 1/3 cup dry white wine (80ml)

  • 1/2 cup of peas

  • 3 cups vegetable broth (720ml, if you prefer use beef or chicken)

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese (or 1 can of cream)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100g)

  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Green smell to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • Add 1/2 chopped onion;
  • Let the onion become transparent;
  • Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
  • Add 1 cup of rice;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1/3 cup of dry white wine (80ml);
  • Mix until completely evaporated;
  • Add 1/2 cup of peas;
  • Add 3 cups of vegetable broth (720ml, if you prefer use beef or chicken);
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes (or until the rice is cooked);
  • Add 10 halved cherry tomatoes;
  • Add 1 cup of curd (or 1 can of cream);
  • Add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (100g);
  • Mix well;
  • Add green smell to taste;
