Ingredients
300 grams of clean shrimp
2 eggs
1 tahitian lemon
Panko flour
Flour
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Place the cleaned shrimp in a container and season with the black pepper, salt, lemon zest and mix well.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Then pass the shrimp in the wheat flour, then in the beaten eggs and finish with the panko flour. - Preheat a frying pan with oil until the prawns are covered and fry them for a few minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
- Arrange the breaded shrimp on a plate or plate with paper towels and serve immediately.
