Ingredients
- Sauce
Shoyu ⅓ cup (80 mL)
Cornstarch 1 tbsp (20g)
1 and ⅓ cup water (320 mL)
- Yakisoba
Noodles for yakisoba 1 pack (500g)
Carrot 1 unit
Broccoli 2 cups
2 cups cauliflower
Red bell pepper ⅓ unit
Yellow pepper ⅓ unit
Cabbage 4 cups
300g chicken breast
Rump 300g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Soybean oil 3 tablespoons (39 mL)
Sesame oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
Onion ½ unit
Directions
- Sauce
- In a bowl, add 1 tbsp (20g) cornstarch;
- Add half of the water and mix well;
- Add the rest of the water;
- Add Shoyu ⅓ cup (80 mL);
- Mix;
- Yakisoba
- In a large pot over the heat, add half the soybean oil and half the sesame oil;
- As soon as the oil heats up, add Rump 300g;
- Add 300g Chicken Breast;
- Add salt and pepper to taste;
- Let it brown and open a space in the middle;
- Add onion ½ unit;
- Add Broccoli 2 cups;
- Add 2 cups of cauliflower;
- Add Carrot 1 unit;
- Add Red Pepper ⅓ unit;
- Add Yellow Pepper ⅓ unit;
- Mix;
- Add 1/3 cup of water;
- Cover the pan;
- Cook the pasta in another pan, according to the package instructions;
- In the vegetable pot, add 4 cups Cabbage;
- Add the remaining soybean oil and sesame oil;
- Add the pasta and let it fry a little;
- Add the sauce;
- Mix well;
- Your Yakisoba is ready!
