Ingredients
4 eggs
2 slices of bread
2 slices of mozzarella
Oil to grease
Salt to taste
Directions
- Add eggs and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Preheat a little oil in a nonstick skillet over low heat and pour in the egg mixture. - Dip both sides of the bread slices into the still-soft eggs.
Cook until the eggs start to harden and turn them with the buns to fry the other side. - Place the slices of mozzarella on top of the eggs, turn the edges of the eggs inwards, then fold the sandwich.
- Fry until lightly browned on both sides of the sandwich and the egg bread is ready to serve.
