The white manjar is perfect for those who want a delicious dessert without having to work in the kitchen!


  • 24 grams of unflavored gelatin

  • 1/2 pack of shredded coconut

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 box of sour cream

  • 10 tablespoons of water


  • Add the unflavored gelatin and water in a container, mix well and let it hydrate for a few minutes. 
    Then put it in the microwave to dissolve.
  • In the blender, place the coconut milk, condensed milk, cream, grated coconut, gelatin and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the homogeneous mixture to a shape and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes, taking care not to freeze.
  • Unmold the white manjar on a plate or platter, decorate with grated coconut on top and the dessert is ready to serve.
