The wait is over for Toy Story fans, as the Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel has finally opened, where travelers will feel immersed in the world of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and their friends.

Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel has 595 rooms divided into 11 floors. In addition, the hotel claims to be the fifth themed accommodation of Tokyo Disney Resort.

Upon arrival at the hotel, travelers will be shrunk down to toy size to be greeted as “honorary toys” so they can stay at the hotel Andy built so his toys could stay and play while he’s at Cowboy Camp.

Across from the hotel is Slinky Dog Park, which celebrates the fun and joy of playing with toys. In this area, guests will discover oversized Jessie and Buzz Lightyear action figures, standing over 10 feet tall, atop a massive Slinky Dog game board.

Inside the lobby, visitors will find elevated race car tracks, a giant Bo Peep board on the ceiling, puzzle pieces decorating the floor, colorful furniture, and much more.

Just outside the lobby is Gift Planet, a place overseen by the Aliens where you’ll find exclusive Toy Story Hotel merchandise.

The brightly colored design and theme will also be seen in elevators and hallways.

In addition, the hotel has two wings, one with a Buzz Lightyear theme and the other with Woody’s Roundup. The rooms are reminiscent of Andy’s bedroom, with the cloud motif adorning the walls. And the TV is a giant Etch-A-Sketch!

For dinner you can go to the Lotso Garden Café, a buffet restaurant where you will taste delicious dishes and desserts inspired by Toy Story.

Facing Tokyo Bay at the rear of the hotel, and accessible from behind the lobby, guests will climb the stairs past an oversized Hamm who operates a toy crane to lift his alien friends, where they will enter Toy Friends Square. .

This area celebrates the beauty and importance of friendship. Here you will find oversized figures of Woody and Bo Peep, Bo’s three-headed sheep, Wheezy, among other toys.

The creation of the Toy Story Hotel was made in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering and Pixar Animation Studios.
