Ingredients
1 pound of potatoes
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil for frying
Directions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Boil them until they are soft.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them well. Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form small balls with the mixture and roll them in flour.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot. When the oil is hot, drop the tater tots into the oil.
