Gather the ingredients of this recipe and guarantee a simple, fluffy and tasty wheat cake!


  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)


  • Add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk to the blender and beat well. 
    Pour the mixture into a container with the wheat flour and mix until homogenized. 
    Add the yeast and mix until dissolved and the dough is smooth and uniform.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured roast, take it to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Unmold the cake after cooling, cut into pieces to the size of your choice and the plain wheat cake is ready to be served.
