Ingredients

  • 500g of minced meat

  • Minced garlic 4 cloves

  • 1 piece chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup (50g) chopped green olives

  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) tomato sauce

  • 120g grated mozzarella

  • Oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)

  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) water

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Parsley to taste

  • Pasta
  • Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)

  • Milk 2 cups (480 mL)

  • Egg 2 units

  • Oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)

  • Salt 1 teaspoon (5g)

  • Mounting
  • Tomato sauce 3 cups (720 mL)

  • 150g grated mozzarella

  • 50g grated parmesan

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a pan/frying pan over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
  • Add 500g of ground beef;
  • Let it brown;
  • Make a space in the middle;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil in the middle;
  • Add minced garlic 4 cloves;
  • When it starts to brown, mix it with the meat;
  • Add chopped onion 1 unit;
  • Mix and leave until it becomes transparent;
  • Add 1/2 cup (50g) chopped green olives;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add oregano to taste;
  • Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) tomato sauce;
  • Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Water;
  • Mix and let it cool;
  • As soon as the meat dries, add parsley to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Pasta
  • Add Milk 2 cups (480 mL);
  • Add Egg 2 units;
  • Add Oil 1 tbsp (13 mL);
  • Add Salt 1 tsp (5g);
  • In a blender, add 2 cups (240g) Wheat Flour;
  • Beat well for 2 minutes;
  • In a frying pan on the fire, add a drizzle of olive oil;
  • Add 1 ladle of dough and spread;
  • When dry, turn the dough;
  • Mounting
  • Add ground beef on top;
  • Add mozzarella cheese;
  • Close the pancake;
  • In a serving dish, add tomato sauce;
  • Add the pancakes;
  • Add sauce on top;
  • Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 10 minutes (until the cheeses melt);
