3 eggs
1/2 cup of oil – 120 ml
1 + 1/2 cup milk – 360 ml
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
50 g grated parmesan
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Directions
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 1/2 cup of oil – 120 ml;
- Add 1 + 1/2 cup of milk – 360 ml;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 50 g of grated Parmesan;
- Add 2 cups of wheat flour;
- Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour (while beating);
- Add 1 tablespoon (tablespoon) of chemical yeast;
- Mix;
- Add half of the dough in a greased and floured shape;
- Add the stuffing;
- Cover with the other half of the dough;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- The pie crust is ready!
