  • Suger(powdered) 1 1/2cup

  • Cooking Oil 1/4 cup

  • Red food color(liquid) 2 1/2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 2 tsp

  • All purpose flour 2 1/2 cup

  • Baking soda 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Burger milk 1 cup

  • Frosting
  • Cream cheese(non spreadable) 400 gram

  • Unsalted butter 1/2cup(120gram)

  • Vanilla Essence 2tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp


  • Cake
  • Spread the salt and preheat pot on low to medium flame for 20-25 minutes;
  • Left it aside for 10 minutes;
  • Add Unsalted Butter (half cup) to a bowl;
  • Add granulated sugar ( one and a half cup);
  • Beat Well;beating
  • Add 2 eggs;
  • Beat well;beating more
  • In another bowl, add Cooking Oil 1/4 cup;
  • Add Cocoa powder 1 Tbsp;
  • Add Red food color(liquid) 2 1/2 Tbsp;
  • Add Vanilla Essence 2 tsp;
  • Mix;mixing vanilla
  • Add it in previously prepared mixture;
  • Add Vinegar (2 tsp);
  • Mix;mixing
  • In a large container, add All purpose Flour (2.5 Cups);
  • Add Baking powder (1 tsp);
  • Add Salt (1 tsp);
  • Add Add previously prepared mixture;
  • Add butter milk;
  • Mix;mixing all
  • Line a pan with parchment paper;
  • Add the cake batter;
  • Bake on low flame for 40-45 minutescaking batter bake
  • Cut the cake in half;cut the cake in half
  • Frosting
  • In a bowl, add Cream Cheese (400 g);
  • Add Unsalted butter (120 g);
  • Add powdered sugar(1.5 cups);
  • Beat well;beating frost
  • Add Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp);
  • Add Vanilla Essence (2 tsp);
  • Beat more;
  • Add the filling and icing to the cake;
