Wet Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- Coverage
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
Granulated to taste (optional)
- Dough
2 eggs
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup powdered chocolate
1 cup of very hot water
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 American cup of oil (not too full)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, oil and cocoa powder.
Mix well and add hot water.
Add the wheat flour and stir until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. - Add the baking powder to the dough and stir well until completely dissolved.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape, take it to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and unmold onto a platter. - To make the topping, place the condensed milk, milk, butter or margarine and chocolate in a pan.
Bring to a boil and stir constantly until it forms a soft and creamy brigadeiro. - Poke holes all over the cake, carefully pour the hot frosting on top and spread evenly.
Finish sprinkling chocolate sprinkles to taste on top (optional), leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you prefer and the wet chocolate cake is ready.
