White vinegar 1 tbsp (15 mL)
Milk 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Butter 5 tablespoons (100g)
Red food coloring 2 teaspoons (10g)
Egg 3 units
1 and 1/2 cup sugar (270g)
Yogurt 1 pot (170g)
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)
Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon (10g)
Vanilla essence 2 tsp (10mL)
Chemical yeast 1 tsp (5g)
Baking soda 1 teaspoon (5g)
1 pinch salt

Cream cheese (450g)
Butter 6 tbsp (120g)
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon (5 mL)
1 and 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar (210g)
Directions
- Pasta
- Mix 1 tbsp White Vinegar (15 mL) with 1/2 cup Milk (120 mL);
- Reserve;
- Melt Butter 5 tablespoons (100g);
- Add Red food coloring 2 tsp (10g);
- Mix well;
- Reserve;
- In a bowl, add Egg 3 units;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (270g) sifted Sugar;
- Mix well;
- Add the butter with coloring;
- Add 1 pot yogurt (170g);
- Add the milk mixed with vinegar;
- Mix well;
- Add 2 and 1/2 cups (300g) sifted wheat flour;
- Add 1 tbsp (10g) sifted cocoa powder;
- Mix well;
- Add Vanilla Essence 2 tsp (10mL);
- Add Chemical Yeast 1 tsp (5g);
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda (5g);
- Add Salt 1 pinch;
- Mix well;
- Transfer to 2 equal shapes (greased with butter and flour);
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
- Cut the dough in half and reserve the crumbs to decorate;
- Stuffing and topping
- In a mixer, add Cream cheese (450g) at room temperature;
- Add 6 tbsp Butter (120g) at room temperature;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Add 1 tsp (5 mL) Vanilla Essence while beating;
- 1 and 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar (210g) while beating;
- Mounting
- Line the mold with a bag;
- Add 1 slice of dough;
- Add stuffing;
- spread;
- Repeat the process until you use the last slice of dough (but don’t add anything on top);
- Cover the cake with the plastic;
- Leave for at least 30 minutes;
- Add coverage on top and sides;
- Add the bran on the sides and on top;
