  • 1 yolk

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 4 level tablespoons of granulated sugar

  • 1 box of sour cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) passion fruit juice concentrate

  • Pulp of 2 passion fruit

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • For the base of the pie, mix the wheat flour with the sugar, add the butter and knead with your fingertips until you get a wet crumb.
Add the yolk and knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Separate two pieces of aluminum foil, fold them into strips and line the bottom of the form with them in the shape of a cross.
Line the bottom of the pan with the dough and press down with your fingers to make it straight.
  • Poke holes in the dough with a fork and leave it for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Then take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 minutes.
Wait to cool and remove the dough from the form by pulling the aluminum strips.
  • Prepare the filling by placing the cream, condensed milk and passion fruit juice in a blender.
Beat for about 2 minutes, until the filling mixture is uniform.
  • Place all the stuffing in the cold dough and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Leave the pie for 30 minutes in the fridge to set the filling.
  • Combine the pulp of the 2 passion fruit with the sugar in a pan and let it boil for 1 minute to make the jelly for the pie topping.
Reserve the frosting until it is either lukewarm or cool.
  • Spread the cold passion fruit jelly over the pie, return the dessert to the fridge before serving if you prefer and the passion fruit pie is ready.
