Ingredients
1 kg of potatoes (about 10 potatoes)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt (for cooking the potatoes)
1 teaspoon salt (for roasting the potatoes)
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon ground pepper (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon oregano (to taste)

Directions
- Cut the potatoes into 4 parts (with the skin even if you want to make it rustic);
- In a pan, add water;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add the potatoes and cook for 4 minutes;
- Drain the potatoes;
- In a bowl, add 1 clove of crushed garlic;
- Add 5 tablespoons of zeolite;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika;
- Mix;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add half a teaspoon of oregano;
- Add the potato into the bowl and mix with the seasoning;
- Grease a form with oil;
- Add the potatoes in the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes;
