Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes (about 10 potatoes)

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt (for cooking the potatoes)

  • 1 teaspoon salt (for roasting the potatoes)

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano (to taste)

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Cut the potatoes into 4 parts (with the skin even if you want to make it rustic);
  • In a pan, add water;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Add the potatoes and cook for 4 minutes;
  • Drain the potatoes;Drain the potatoes;
  • In a bowl, add 1 clove of crushed garlic;
  • Add 5 tablespoons of zeolite;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika;
  • Mix;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add half a teaspoon of oregano;
  • Add the potato into the bowl and mix with the seasoning;
  • Grease a form with oil;
  • Add the potatoes in the form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes;
