Practicality and flavor are guaranteed with this delicious oven-baked French toast!


  • 2 eggs

  • 600 ml of milk

  • 4 to 5 stale French breads

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar


  • Cut the stale bread into slices of about 2 centimeters and set aside. 
    Mix the milk, condensed milk and eggs very well with a spoon or in a blender.
  • Place the slices of bread side-by-side and also one on top of the other on a buttered and sugar-dusted platter. 
    Pour the liquid mixture over all the slices, set aside for 15 minutes and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil, take it to the oven preheated to 180º₢ and let the french toast bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the french toast from the oven, let it cool down a bit before serving and the dessert is ready for consumption.
