Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of plain yogurt (170 grams)
3/4 of a cup of oil
2 cup measures of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Directions
- Add the natural yoghurt, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Add the sugar and mix some more.
Add the wheat flour and mix again. - Add the yeast and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
Transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter or margarine and floured. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes, or until lightly golden on the outside and dry on the inside when inserted into a toothpick.
- Wait for the natural yoghurt cake to cool a little before unmolding and serve immediately.
