2 tablespoons (30g) Butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1oz (30g) Dark chocolate chips/chunks
Directions
- In a bowl, add 1/3 cup (42g) All-purpose flour
- Add 2 tablespoons (15g) Cocoa powder, unsweetened;
- Add 4 tablespoons (50g) Sugar;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder;
- Add a Pinch Salt;
- Stir;
- Add 1/4 cup (60ml) Milk;
- Add 1 Egg;
- Add 2 tablespoons (30g) Butter, melted;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract;
- Whisk until combined and smooth;
- Chop 1oz (30g) Dark chocolate chips/chunks;
- Add to bowl;
- Stir;
- Transfer the batter into 2 microwave save mugs;
- Place the mug in the center of microwave;
