Ingredients
3 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of yeast
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) of oil
1/2 cup (tea) of Nescau or other powdered chocolate
Directions
- Sift the flour into a bowl and set aside.
Place the eggs, sugar, milk, oil in the blender and beat for about 3 minutes, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. - Add the liquid mixture to the sifted flour and mix very well with a spoon or whisk.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Pour just a little of the dough into a greased and floured shape. - Add Nescau or another powdered chocolate to the rest of the reserved dough and mix very well with a spoon or whisk.
- Carefully pour the chocolate batter over the white batter in the pan, but do not mix.
- Bake the cake for approximately 60 minutes in the oven preheated to 180º₢.
- Carefully remove the marble cake from the oven, wait for it to cool a little before unmolding and the recipe is ready.
