From February 14 to 18, GDLUZ 2024 will take place and through incredible color shows it will celebrate the 482nd anniversary of the founding of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Along a 2-kilometer route, the largest Light Festival in Latin America will illuminate the Historic Center of Guadalajara with impressive multimedia shows, artistic and immersive installations, fusing art, tradition and technology in a world-class experience.
Since its first edition in 2017, GDLUZ has emerged as an emblematic event in Guadalajara and Jalisco to commemorate the City’s Anniversary in an innovative way, transforming the Historic Center with a festival without equal in Mexico, which in its last edition brought together more of two million visitors.
In this year’s celebration, the festival seeks to celebrate inclusion in art and entertainment, highlighting the creativity of women in Mexican folklore and giving them an emotional role in the cultural and artistic journey.
With more than 35 attractions throughout the Historic Center of Guadalajara, GDLUZ promises to offer a World Class experience that will illuminate and exalt the pearl of Guadalajara and the City of Roses.
