Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 cup of green corn
1 cup (tea) milharina
1 cup (tea) of cornmeal
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a blender, place the eggs, green corn, cornmeal, oil, milk, milharina, sugar and beat for a few minutes.
Add the baking powder and mix to homogenize. - Transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter or margarine and cornmeal and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
Unmold if you prefer and the green corn cake is ready to serve.
