What’s simple about this fit carrot cake, it’s tasty!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of rice flour

  • 50 ml of water

  • 50 ml of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon of yeast

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar

  • FLOUR INGREDIENTS
  • Dark chocolate 70% cocoa

Directions

  • Cut the carrots into slices and place in a blender. 
    Add the eggs and beat well. 
    Add the sugar, beat some more and transfer the liquid mixture to a container.
  • Add the rice flour little by little while mixing the ingredients well. 
    Add the yeast and stir gently until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour the dough into a baking dish greased with oil and flour. 
    Then take it to the oven preheated to 180º₢ and let it bake for between 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds. 
    Unmold the cake after cooling a little, pour the chocolate syrup on top and the fit carrot cake is ready.
