For your angu to be wonderful, with a very creamy consistency, write down the necessary ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • Cornmeal 1 cup (120g)

  • Water or beef, chicken or vegetable stock 3 1/2 cups (840 mL)

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter 1 tablespoon (20g)

  • 2 tablespoons (20g) grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In a pot over high heat, add 3 1/2 cups (840 mL) water or broth;
  • Let it start to boil;
  • Add a pinch of salt;
  • On low heat, add 1 cup (120g) cornmeal gradually;
  • Let it cook on medium heat for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (until you start to mix and you can see the bottom of the pan);
  • Add Butter 1 tbsp (20g);
  • Add 2 tablespoons (20g) grated Parmesan cheese;
