This chicken pot pie recipe is easy and delicious, it’s very creamy!

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 3 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 250g of margarine

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup water (to the point)

  • salt to taste

  • gem for brushing

  • 1kg and cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 300ml chicken cooking water

  • 1/2 can of corn

  • 1/2 can of peas

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1 chopped onion

  • olive to taste

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • salt to taste

  • parsley and chives to taste

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a skillet on the fire, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add the chopped onion;
  • Let it brown;
  • Add ground garlic;
  • Add the chopped tomato;
  • Let it wither;
  • Add tomato sauce;
  • Add olive;
  • Add the chicken;
  • Add the chicken cooking water;
  • Add corn and peas;
  • Mix well;
  • Add the curd;
  • Mix well;
  • Add chopped parsley and chives;
  • Mix well;
  • Taste the salt and adjust if necessary;
  • Pasta
  • In a bowl, add 3 and 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour;
  • Add 250g of margarine;
  • Add 2 eggs;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Give the point with the water;
  • Add the dough in a shape (press on the bottom and sides);
  • Cut off the excess dough;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Add curd and cheese;
  • Cover the pie with the rest of the dough;
