Ingredients

  • 2. 1/2 cups of cornflakes (300g)

  • 1 cup of sugar (180g)

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1/2 cup of oil (120ml)

  • 2 cups of milk (480ml)

  • 1 tablespoon of cake yeast

Directions

  • Grease a mold and flour it with cornmeal;
  • In a blender, add 3 whole eggs;
  • Add 1/2 cup of oil (120ml);
  • Add 2 cups of milk (480ml);
  • Add 1 cup of sugar (180g);
  • Beat well;
  • Add 2. 1/2 cups of cornflakes (300g);
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cake yeast;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to the form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
