2. 1/2 cups of cornflakes (300g)
1 cup of sugar (180g)
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of oil (120ml)
2 cups of milk (480ml)
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
Directions
- Grease a mold and flour it with cornmeal;
- In a blender, add 3 whole eggs;
- Add 1/2 cup of oil (120ml);
- Add 2 cups of milk (480ml);
- Add 1 cup of sugar (180g);
- Beat well;
- Add 2. 1/2 cups of cornflakes (300g);
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1 tablespoon of cake yeast;
- Mix;
- Transfer to the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- Your cornflake cake is ready!
