Corn Cake Blender
With this blender corn cake, snack time is even more delicious!
1 can of corn
1/2 measure of oil can
3/4 of the measure of a can of sugar
1 measure of mimoso cornmeal can
1 measure of milk can
1 heaping tablespoon of chemical yeast
2 tablespoons of grated coconut
- Add the drained corn, eggs, sugar, oil and milk to a blender and blend for approximately 4 minutes.
Transfer half of the liquid mixture to a container, add the mimoso cornmeal and mix very well.
- Add the grated coconut, mix well and add the rest of the liquid mixture.
Add the baking powder and mix until the dough is homogenized.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, until it is set inside and golden on top.
- Wait for the corn cake to cool a little, unmold it by running a knife on the sides of the form to facilitate the process and the cake is ready to serve.
