  • 1 can of duet (corn and pea)

  • 1 small green pepper chopped

  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

  • ½ cup of sliced ​​olives

  • Chopped Mozzarella Cheese (100g)

  • Green smell to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper (to taste)

  • ⅓ cup of olive oil (to taste)

Directions

  • In a bowl full of water, add 500g of chickpeas;

  • Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to a cup of ice water and mix;
  • Add the sugar water to the onion bowl;
  • Book for 20 minutes;
  • Add half of the chickpeas in a refractory;
  • Add 1 carrot cut into cubes;
  • Add 2 diced tomatoes;
  • Add diced bell pepper;
