  • When you’re ready to cook the chicken, preheat your grill, stovetop grill pan, or oven.
    Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
    Stovetop Grill Pan: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Cook the chicken for approximately 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
    Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat source and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a juicy and flavorful result.
