This cheesecake will make anyone’s mouth water!


  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 1 cup (tea) sour flour

  • 1 cup (tea) sweet flour

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast

  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) salt


  • Place the eggs, oil, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, cubed mozzarella cheese and salt in a blender. 
    Beat for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Sift the sweet and sour flour in a bowl, add the salt, chemical yeast and the blender mixture. 
    Mix well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous and transfer to a greased shape.
  • Preheat the oven to 180₢ and bake the cake for about 35 to 40 minutes, until lightly golden.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down a bit. 
    Unmold by passing a knife on the sides of the form to facilitate the process and the cheesecake can be served.Cheese cake
