Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower (500g to 700g)

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 15 to 20 pods of Pod

  • 1 small pepper

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Saffron to taste

  • 150 ml of Water

Directions

  • Blend your cauliflower in a food processor;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Cut the carrot;
  • Cut the pod;
  • Cut the pepper;
  • Cut the onion;
  • In a pan on the fire, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Fry the garlic and onion;
  • Add the carrot, mix and cook for 1 minute;
  • Add the peppers, mix and cook for 1 minute;
  • Add the green beans, mix and cook for 1 minute;
  • Add the cauliflower and mix well;
  • Add salt and turmeric to taste;
  • Add 150ml of water;
  • Cook until the water evaporates;
