Ingredients
1 large cauliflower (500g to 700g)
1 medium carrot
15 to 20 pods of Pod
1 small pepper
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Saffron to taste
150 ml of Water
Directions
- Blend your cauliflower in a food processor;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Cut the carrot;
- Cut the pod;
- Cut the pepper;
- Cut the onion;
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 tsp of oil;
- Fry the garlic and onion;
- Add the carrot, mix and cook for 1 minute;
- Add the peppers, mix and cook for 1 minute;
- Add the green beans, mix and cook for 1 minute;
- Add the cauliflower and mix well;
- Add salt and turmeric to taste;
- Add 150ml of water;
- Cook until the water evaporates;
- Your cauliflower rice is ready!
