Ingredients
500 grams of boiled cassava
1 liter of water
1 slice of chopped calabrese sausage
100 grams of chopped bacon
1 medium onion chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
grated parmesan cheese to finish (optional)
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add 500 grams of cassava;
- Cover with water;
- Bring to medium heat until pressure is reached and let it cook for 20 minutes;
- Turn off the heat and let the pressure release;
- In a blender, add the cooked cassava;
- Add 1 liter of water;
- Beat for 3 minutes;
- In a pan over medium heat, add 1 slice of chopped pepperoni sausage;
- Add 100 grams of chopped bacon;
- Mix and let it brown;
- Add 1 medium chopped onion;
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic;
- Mix and let it brown;
- Add the manioc broth that we hit in the blender;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Mix;
- When it starts to boil, adjust the salt;
