To prepare your chicken caesar salad, you will need the ingredients from the list below. 
Follow the preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • Iceberg lettuce or romaine approximately 1 foot

  • Chicken breast 1 to 2 fillets (200g)

  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp (72g)

  • Garlic finely minced 1 unit

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)

  • 40g coarsely grated parmesan cheese

  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp (45 mL)

  • Anchovy/Aliche 1 to 2 fillets

  • 1/2 cup croutons

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon juice;
  • Reserve the chicken;
  • Chop 1 anchovy fillet / anchovy;
  • Add minced garlic;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add half of the grated Parmesan;
  • Add half of the oil;
  • Add the rest of the lemon juice;
  • Add the mayonnaise;
  • Season with salt and pepper;
  • Mix well;
  • Put the rest of the oil in a frying pan;
  • Grill the chicken on both sides;
  • Cut the chicken into strips;
  • In a bowl, add chopped lettuce;
  • Add the sauce;
  • Mix;
  • Add Parmesan;
  • Add 1/2 cup Croutons;
  • Add the grilled chicken;
