Caesar Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
Iceberg lettuce or romaine approximately 1 foot
Chicken breast 1 to 2 fillets (200g)
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp (72g)
Garlic finely minced 1 unit
Olive oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
40g coarsely grated parmesan cheese
Lemon juice 3 tbsp (45 mL)
Anchovy/Aliche 1 to 2 fillets
1/2 cup croutons
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon juice;
- Reserve the chicken;
- Chop 1 anchovy fillet / anchovy;
- Add minced garlic;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Add half of the grated Parmesan;
- Add half of the oil;
- Add the rest of the lemon juice;
- Add the mayonnaise;
- Season with salt and pepper;
- Mix well;
- Put the rest of the oil in a frying pan;
- Grill the chicken on both sides;
- Cut the chicken into strips;
- In a bowl, add chopped lettuce;
- Add the sauce;
- Mix;
- Add Parmesan;
- Add 1/2 cup Croutons;
- Add the grilled chicken;
- Your chicken caesar salad is ready!
