This kale sautéed in butter is mouth watering!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale

  • 3 pinches of bicarbonate of soda

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash the bunch of kale and slice very thinly. 
    Put the oil or olive oil in a pan, the crushed garlic and fry until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cabbage leaves sliced ​​into strips and season with black pepper to taste. 
    Mix well, add the baking soda and mix again.
  • Cook the kale for a few more minutes, until it starts to wilt, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the heat, transfer the vegetables to another container if you prefer and the sautéed cabbage is ready to serve.
