Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
3 pinches of bicarbonate of soda
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the bunch of kale and slice very thinly.
Put the oil or olive oil in a pan, the crushed garlic and fry until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. - Add the cabbage leaves sliced into strips and season with black pepper to taste.
Mix well, add the baking soda and mix again. - Cook the kale for a few more minutes, until it starts to wilt, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, transfer the vegetables to another container if you prefer and the sautéed cabbage is ready to serve.
