Ingredients
- White rice
200 grams of needle/needle rice (1 cup)
2 liters of filtered water at room temperature (about 8 cups)
6 grams of salt (1 teaspoon)

600 grams of cooked needle/needle rice (4 cups)
4 eggs
150 grams of bacon
60 grams of potato straw (1 1/2 cup)
50 grams of onion (1/4 medium unit)
20 grams parsley/parsley (1/3 cup)
15 grams unsalted butter (1 tablespoon)
14 grams of neutral vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, corn, etc) (16 ml | 1 tbsp)
1.5 grams of salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 4 eggs;
- Beat well;
- Add 1.5 grams of salt (1/4 teaspoon);
- Knock again;
- In a skillet, add 14 grams of neutral vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, corn, etc) (16 ml | 1 tablespoon);
- Once hot, add 150 grams of bacon;
- Fry until golden;
- Add 50 grams of onion (1/4 medium unit);
- Sauté until the onion is semi-transparent;
- Mix frequently for 1 minute;
- Add the cooked rice;
- Mix well;
- Let it heat up for 2 minutes;
- Make a space in the frying pan;
- Add 15 grams of unsalted butter (1 tablespoon);
- Let the butter melt;
- Add the beaten eggs;
- Push the beaten egg from the edge to the center;
- Wait until the egg coagulates and becomes creamy;
- Mix the egg in the rice;
- Add 20 grams of parsley/parsley (1/3 cup);
- Add 60 grams of potato straw (1 1/2 cup);
- Turn off the heat and mix well;
- Your Biro-Biro Rice is ready!
