To prepare your bean tutu, you will need the few ingredients listed below.

Ingredients

  • Baked beans 3 cups (600g)

  • 100g chopped bacon

  • Chopped smoked sausage 100g

  • 1 piece chopped onion

  • Minced garlic 5 cloves

  • Cassava flour 2 tablespoons (16g)

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Chopped green pepper to taste

Directions

  • Beat the cooked beans in a food processor, mixer or blender;
  • In a pan, add the chopped bacon;
  • Add chopped sausage;
  • Let it cook until golden;
  • Add onion and garlic;
  • Mix and let it cool;
  • Add the beaten beans;
  • Add salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add cassava flour (slowly, while mixing);
  • Add green smell;
