Ingredients
Baked beans 3 cups (600g)
100g chopped bacon
Chopped smoked sausage 100g
1 piece chopped onion
Minced garlic 5 cloves
Cassava flour 2 tablespoons (16g)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped green pepper to taste
Directions
- Beat the cooked beans in a food processor, mixer or blender;
- In a pan, add the chopped bacon;
- Add chopped sausage;
- Let it cook until golden;
- Add onion and garlic;
- Mix and let it cool;
- Add the beaten beans;
- Add salt;
- Mix;
- Add cassava flour (slowly, while mixing);
- Add green smell;
- Your bean tutu is ready!
