  • 2 overripe bananas

  • milk 2 tablespoons

  • vegetable oil 100ml

  • 1 egg (medium size)

  • sugar 190g

  • vanilla extract half teaspoon

  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl;
  • Add then the milk and oil and whisk;
  • Add the eggs and whisk;egg
