1/2 cup (100g) brown Sugar

Directions
- Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffins liners, spray the cups with oil (optional) and set aside.
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk;
- Add 1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil;
- Add 1 Egg, large;
- Add 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract;
- Mix;
- In another bowl, add 1¼ cups (160g) Flour;
- Add 3/4 cup (150g) Sugar;
- Add 2 teaspoons Baking powder;
- Add 1/4 teaspoon Salt;
- Mix;
- Peel 2 apples;
- Cut in small pieces;
- Add to bowl;
- Mix well;
- Add the wet mixture;
- Mix;
- Put batter into muffin tins;
- Crumble
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup (65g) Flour;
- Add 1/2 cup (100g) brown Sugar;
- Add 1 teaspoon Cinnamon;
- Add 1/4 cup (60g) Butter, cold;
- Mix;
- Sprinkle crumbs on top of each muffin;
- Bake at 350F (175C) for 25 minutes;
