candy 1 box (bis, dream of waltz or other candy of your choice)
Unflavored gelatin 1/2 package (6g)
Warm water 3 tablespoons (45ml)
Condensed milk 1 can (395g)
Sour cream 1 box (200g)
Powdered milk 1 cup (130g)
Directions
- Cut the bis into pieces and transfer to a refractory;
- Hydrate half a packet of unflavored gelatin with 3 tablespoons of water;
- And a blender, add condensed milk 1 can (395g);
- Add sour cream 1 box (200g);
- Add powdered milk 1 cup (130g);
- Add the hydrated gelatin;
- Beat well;
- Add the cream to the refractory;
- Place in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours;
- Sprinkle powdered milk on top;
- Your Pavé de Bis is ready!
