Ingredients
4 chopped apples
3 eggs
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast
3/4 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- In a blender, place the eggs, oil, a chopped apple (reserve the other 3 for later) and beat well.
Add the flour, sugar and blender mixture to a bowl.
Mix well with a spoon. - Add the cinnamon powder, the baking powder, the other chopped apples to the dough and mix very well, until the dough is smooth and uniform.
Then pour in a greased shape with oil and sugar. - Bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢, until golden on the outside and dry on the inside when you insert a toothpick.
- Unmold the cake after it has cooled to room temperature on a plate or platter of your choice.
Finish by sprinkling cinnamon powder and sugar to taste on top and the apple cake with cinnamon is ready.
