This walnut cake is super fluffy, in addition to having an irresistible flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 grams of walnuts

  • 120 ml of soy oil

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 2 cups of wheat flour (200 grams)

  • 1 cup of sugar (150 grams)

  • 1 tablespoon of cake yeast

Directions

  • Add the nuts, eggs, oil, milk, yeast, sugar and wheat flour in the blender and beat well (if your blender is small, beat everything without flour, transfer the mixture to a container, add the flour and shake well).
  • Grease a shape with oil, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes. 
    Wait for the cake to cool, add chopped walnuts and sifted icing sugar on top and the walnut cake is ready to serve.
