  • 1 liter of boiled and very hot milk

  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of salted butter

  • Milk to stitch


  • In a pan with 1 liter of boiled and very hot milk, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar;
  • Mix until it curdles;
  • Sift;
  • Transfer to a blender;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of salted butter;
  • Beat well;
