For this zucchini noodles to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step method of preparation.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 1/2 small onion chopped

  • 1/2 chopped carrot

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 can of tomato sauce

  • 1 can of water (add little by little)

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
  • Add 1/2 small chopped onion;
  • Add 1/2 chopped carrot;
  • Let it cook until the onion becomes transparent;
  • Add 1 clove of garlic;
  • Saute for 1 more minute;
  • Add 1 can of tomato sauce;
  • Add 1 can of water (add little by little);
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of mustard;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup;
  • Add Oregano to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes with the pan covered and mixing occasionally;
  • Cut 2 zucchinis into strips;
  • Transfer to a pan with a drizzle of oil;
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Saute for 1 to 2 minutes;
  • Add the sauce;
