Economical and practical, this delicious white cream is made with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 600 ml of milk

  • 2 boxes of sour cream

  • 2 boxes of condensed milk

  • 8 tablespoons of corn starch

Directions

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, mixing well. 
    Transfer to a pan, add the condensed milk and mix again.
  • Place the pan over low heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes porridge-like. 
    Turn off, wait for it to cool and add the cream. 
    Stir until homogenized.
  • Transfer the cream to the fridge and leave it for a few hours, until it is firm and consistent.
  • Use the white cream in fillings or toppings for cakes and pies, or consume the sweet pure.
