Ingredients
600 ml of milk
2 boxes of sour cream
2 boxes of condensed milk
8 tablespoons of corn starch
Directions
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, mixing well.
Transfer to a pan, add the condensed milk and mix again. - Place the pan over low heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes porridge-like.
Turn off, wait for it to cool and add the cream.
Stir until homogenized. - Transfer the cream to the fridge and leave it for a few hours, until it is firm and consistent.
- Use the white cream in fillings or toppings for cakes and pies, or consume the sweet pure.
